Which heat and airflow should I use?

There are three of each: low, medium and high. Choose whichever suits your hair type and the style you want. Choose higher heat and stronger air flow the curlier your hair. 

What's different about the 3.0 motor?

It's a 1500W brushless motor, which gives stronger airflow for faster drying, quieter performance and a longer lifespan than traditional motors.
